I’m Kriti Robertson, a freelance marketing consultant helping small businesses turn scattered marketing activity into a clearer, more commercially focused growth system.

Why I work differently

But after working across more than 50 B2B and B2C clients, I’ve learned that activity without strategy can become expensive noise.

From agency experience to independent consulting
Before becoming an independent consultant, I worked in agency environments where I managed marketing across SEO, paid campaigns, content, websites, reporting, email and client strategy. That experience taught me the value of structure, data and execution. But it also showed me where the traditional agency model falls short for small businesses.
Too often, business owners are passed between account managers, channel specialists and templated reports. The SEO person doesn’t understand the paid ads strategy. The ads don’t connect to the landing page. And the founder is left trying to connect the dots.
I wanted to build something more direct. As a freelance marketing consultant, I work closely with clients to bring strategy, execution and commercial thinking into one place.
The moment that shaped one of my services
One client meeting changed the way I thought about small business marketing. I went into the call ready to propose a full marketing strategy.
